This position will work to in a senior position across departments to generate member disruption files for communicating changes to OptumRx members in a timely manner.  Employee will need to manage projects related member letter process and ensure team members across departments are meeting deadlines.  Employee will need to work with multiple departments to gather requirements and translate those requirements for data extraction and correctly identify members being impacted by these upcoming changes.  Employee will need to develop and support processes to meet these requirements and ensure accuracy in results provided.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Create Benchmark reporting – standard and ad hoc needs
Develop, build, and maintain reporting of key metrics
Support strategic initiatives to support new client activity
Anticipates customer needs and proactively develops solutions to meet them
Support sales efforts with impactful comparators
Serves as a key resource regarding book of business data and issues
Perform quality review of output provided
Solves complex problems and develops innovative solutions
Provides explanations and information to others on the most complex issues
Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed
Works with less structured, more complex issues

Requirements


Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree
4+ years’ experience with MS Office tools including Excel, Access, Visio and PowerPoint
4+ years hands-on experience with SQL queries
Experience within healthcare or large, complex data sets
Strong commitment to customer service and ability to work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams
Preferred Requirements:

SAS experience a plus
SAS/Excel add-in experience a plus
SharePoint experience a plus
Soft Skills:

Demonstrated ability to prioritize deliverables
Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
