Sales and Marketing Associate - Full-time / Part-time

* 2nd nature is a great understanding of social media (snapchat, twitter, Instagram, Facebook) * Call Center experience (outbound or inbound)

Job Purpose Statement

To service and grow this companies dental practice account base through outbound sales calls and marketing efforts. Sales and Marketing Associate will also handle various consumer marketing efforts and periodic customer service. $15/hr PLUS commission (reps make between $50k-$60k there first year)

Essential Job Functions

• Grow and service dental practice account base through making sales calls and other digital outreach.
• Locate and open new dental practice accounts.
• Manage all communication and daily activity through this companies CRM database.
• Handle periodic this companies Customer Service.
• Assist Director of Sales with any other companyrelated projects.

Abilities Required

• Previous phone sales experience required (top-performer preferred)
• Able to adapt to change quickly and easily
• Previous CRM experience a plus
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office required (must be able to demonstrate)
• Demonstrated experience using popular and emerging social media tools and platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, etc.
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• A wide degree of creativity and flexibility is expected
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, personable, and professional

Hours are 8-5
