Client Service Specialist

Helping one of the Leading Financial Institutions in the Orlando area locate a Client Service Specialist for a long term opportunity.

Pay Rate: $13/hr

Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm (occasional OT)

Job Description:

• This person will be responsible for credit card operations, researching and inputting credit card maintannce requests.
• Update consumer and business client account credit card information (i.e. address changes, phone numbers)
• Inputting data into the internal software- OpenSpan
• Handling 50 ques, tacking first in, first out.
• Provide general accounting support to include credit/deit accoutn adjustments or coding/entry into general ledger

Qualifications:

• 3 years experience using Microsoft Excel
• 3-5 years of operations, systems and customer service in banking environment.
• Credit card maintenance request experience.
• Basic knoweldge of debits/credits and general ledger.
