About this job

The customer service rep role is an advanced customer service position. The customer service rep is dealing with internal/external and third party companies to make sure deadlines/timelines are being met. The rep is supporting roughly 3 to 6 sales teams and field supervisors. They will be communicating with sales teams and supervisors to set up installations. Attention to detail is extremely important because depending on install process, one product can't be done before another.

*Multitasking/initiative/accuracy is very important*

Training- will be hands on, sitting with current employees (no training manual) Taking notes, observing and asking questions will be crucial. Training is for about 3 months, but client says it typically takes 6 months to 1 year to understand the job at its fullest.

Typical Day in the life:
-The culture is very deadline/production driven. The team has roughly 600 work orders that is divided up between the team (roughly 25 to 30 work orders per person a day, but could range depending on type of order or customer).
-The Customer Service Rep will be doing data entry for work orders for the instillation(responding to 100's of emails ).
-Installation order could range from next day to 5 days (repairs are next day, new install's are 3 to 5 days).
