What will I be doing?

 

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the smooth coordination of transportation operations for Hilton Grand Vacations.  The Transportation Coordinator rotates between office dispatch, greeter & driver roles within the team.  The Transportation Coordinator’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to meeting & greeting guests at various locations to ensure they have applicable documents and showing them to the company vehicle or taxi, coordinating guest pick-ups, verifying invitations & tour times, entering data into company systems, general office work, providing delivery services between various locations as needed, drives vehicle following traffic and emergency standards according to the Hawaii state laws and/or standards of professionalism adhered to by the Hilton Corporation.  The Transportation Coordinator’s goal is to provide overall excellent transportation services and project a professional company image.   

Qualification: What are we looking for?
 

Required Qualifications\:

• Fluent in English and Japanese
• Current Hawaii driver’s license
• A clear driver’s abstract and the ability to provide a clear driver’s abstract on an annual basis
• Ability to work all days and shifts as assigned between 6\:30am- 8\:00pm, including weekends and holidays
• Ability to work in an environment where days off are not set and are determined based upon business needs for coverage
• Ability to type 30-35 words per minute
• A strong understanding of Excel

Preferred Qualifications\:

• Experience in Waikiki with tour groups
• Strong office and administrative skills
