JOB TITLE: Dir, Supply Chain Management

JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the management and operational performance of Charter’s Supply Chain in support of Charter’s Enterprise, Network, or Home Security Operations. Provides direction and leads teams responsible for the definition, implementation and oversight of process and systems that support the critical business requirements for those operations.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensures alignment of purpose and execution for supply chain practices, processes and controls in support of Charter’s Enterprise, Network or Home Security Operations.

Oversees integration migration activities and operations for 3PL and internal operations obtained through acquisitions and trades within Enterprise, Network or Home Security Operations.

Drives compliance with cost-saving components of key Supply Chain Management initiatives.

Interacts with key business leaders in Enterprise, Network and Product to understand business needs and develop effective and efficient response plans.

Collaborates with Charter Supply Chain Planning & Analysis and Supply Chain Operations teams to develop and implement key business processes and metrics to track/trend the performance of the segmented supply chain.

Drives and facilitates the company’s programs related to Supply Chain Segmentation.

Provides leadership support to other company business functions in the development of strategic initiatives and customer solutions in support of Supply Chain Segmentation.

Provides focus, coaching, motivation and encouragement to Supply Chain Management personnel to ensure effective execution of organizational goals functions.

Builds capabilities, evaluates performance and resolves personnel issues of direct reports.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Skills /Abilities and Knowledge
Ability to manage a cross functional and leveraged team, while maintaining high levels of morale and employee engagement
Proven track record in development and execution of Strategic Supply Chain initiatives, continuous process improvement and network transformation
Strong analytical skills to assess performance and identify areas of opportunity
Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, business writing and interpersonal skills
Broad based technical knowledge, with MSO or Telecom experience preferred
Motivated self-starter who is organized, efficient and team-oriented
Ability to manage large, complex transformation programs
Ability to develop and deploy creative / original solutions to complex problems
Broad business knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain systems
Highly motivated and self-directed
Detail oriented individual with ability to handle multiple tasks, work well under pressure, prioritize and handle multiple priorities, and make deadlines
Strong interpersonal and communications skills

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Logistics

Related Work Experience
Minimum of 5-8 years of progressively responsible supply chain experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years at the managerial/executive level and 3-5 years in Logistics and Distribution;
Experience in the implementation of ERP systems
