Aerotek is seeking an Administrative Assistant for our client in the Spokane, WA.

JOB PURPOSE:
Perform routine clerical and administrative functions such as drafting correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing and maintaining paper and electronic files, or providing information to callers.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Answer, screen, and transfer inbound phone calls.
* Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management.
* Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
* Knowledge of electronic and hard copy filing system.
* Perform data entry and scan documents.
* Run company's errands.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and backup for travel arrangements.
* Coordinate maintenance of office equipment.
* May be called upon to assist with special projects and assume responsibility for the development, administration, and promotion of specific projects, as required.
* Perform other duties as assigned.



EDUCATION:

* Associates Degree or 3+ years of hands on administrative support experience.
