Perform detailed quantity take-offs and pricing. Prepare bid packages and meet deadlines
Review bid requirements thoroughly. Develop RFI's, RFP's, and some scheduling. Able to prepare schematic estimates for D/B and CM projects
Visit job sites for pre-bid walk-through to gain knowledge for bids. Ability to evaluate sub-contractor quotes and scopes of work and align with bid documents for cost analysis.
Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously Assist with procurement and buyouts of subcontracts after award of projects.
