Home Health Aide-Family Member - Full-time / Part-time

The Home Health Aide is an important part of the client's healthcare team. Home Health Aides care for the client in the clients' own home, helping with personal care and household chores so that client does not have to be placed in a skilled nursing facility. You will do things like check the client's vital signs and monitor their physical and mental health status reporting any changes in a client's condition to the client's Case Manager/nurse. Generally, the HHA will spend the most time caring for the client, she/he may be the first person to notice and chart changes in the client's health. The HHA reports directly to the Case Manager.
