About this job
The office manager position is responsible for managing the office operations and processes to help with the growth of the organization.
Responsibilities:
-Create and update office procedures
-Place orders, take orders, control inventory, of products in QuickBooks
-Invoice Customers
-Follow up with past due accounts
-Check orders
-Count inventory
-Help with VMI management
-File and maintain a filing system for documents and records
**Experience with Quickbooks is required**
