About this job

Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in health sciences, finance, business, legal or similar area and
  • 2+ years of clinical trials business experience from either the site or sponsor/CRO perspective highly preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Experience negotiating contracts, analytical capacity to propose and evaluate study costs and budgets, understanding of
  • legal language to identify areas of potential risk in contracts, as well as being able to effectively
  • communicate with internal or external customers is a must.
  • A minimum of 1 year of budgets and contract negotiation experience is required.

Job Description:

Responsible for professionally managing the budget and contracts processes with the goal of negotiating and
optimizing budgets and contracts in a timely way that maximizes financial objectives for
revenue, profit and cash flow, as well as being considered acceptable by sponsors and CROs (Contract Research Organization).
Manage a group of sponsors/CROs study budgets and contracts
Assist management with business strategies to help the company achieve revenue goals on a monthly and annual basis
Create and submit competitive bids following company profit margin guidelines; coordinate efforts with the sites with reviewing protocols,
goals, needs and site objectives for cost and revenue projections; and assist the Region
Managers/Site Directors in achieving their revenue goals.
