Job Summary:
As a Recruiting Process Manager you are efficient, process-driven and customer-focused. You will be responsible for managing all day-to-day operations of a demanding, fast-paced Opportunity Center. You will get tremendous satisfaction in working with the public, researching and resolving guest concerns and following clearly defined policies and procedures. You will hire, train, and performance manager a team of Placement Specialists to ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests. You will apply a combination of experience, knowledge, skills, and techniques to improve the application/interview process and provide direction to the recruitment office staff. You will monitor all stages of the application process to ensure company and client policies are followed, and EEO/ADA compliance is achieved.

What you'll do:
• Manage daily applicant flow through a high-volume, light industrial recruiting office. Make necessary adjustments to account for variations in office traffic. Ensure an outstanding experience for applicants as they move through our paperless application process.
• Hire, train, manage and motivate a team of Placement Specialists to ensure that applicants are receiving superior service and clearly understand the job and requirements of our Clients. Provide ongoing feedback and development experiences for staff members to ensure they are successful in their role. Issue disciplinary action, when needed, up to and including termination.
• Create/monitor work plans and goals for Recruitment staff. Plan, monitor, and adjust staff schedules/ breaks to ensure adequate coverage is maintained in all stages of the application cycle.
• Conduct confidential conversations with applicants regarding job accommodation requests due to personal circumstances. Document the conversations and provide information regarding requests to HR and Safety teams to begin accommodation review process.
• Communicate and audit adherence to Safety and Employee Relations policies. Investigate complaints or deviations from policy, make recommendations for corrective action, up to and including termination, as needed. Escalate issues and partner with internal Site Leader, Safety and ER staff as determined by the nature of investigations.
• Monitor fill status of Client orders to identify and escalate sort fill situations in advance. Formulate and present a plan of action to reduce risk based on factual data and utilization of existing resources. Partner with On-Site Operation teams regarding orders, and order changes on a weekly basis.
• Build an annual business plan for the Opportunity Center to drive brand awareness and candidate generation through community interaction and attendance in community, school, and university events.
• Adhere to all Integrity standard process & procedures for compliance, order fills, backfills and any other business demands.
• Generate recruiting process improvements through the sharing of best practices and participation on network project teams.

Education & Experience Needed:
• 3-5 years in process management, preferably in a high-volume call-center or retail environment
• 3-5 years in a supervisory/management capacity either in a call center, food service, hospitality or retail environment
• Proven ability to manage a team of individuals in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Advanced and demonstrable skills in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to adjust schedule and be present to meet changing business needs
