Job Summary: The position is designed to focus on the coordination and support of corporate sales account executives to ensure maximum productivity and support of company, park and departmental goals and objectives. This position also plays a vital role in the implementation of corporate catered events, performing groups and Special Events. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Oversees all processing of signed group sales business. Oversees all interdepartmental organization related to group sales outing business, specifically catered (picnic) outings, special events and performing groups. Oversees all printing coordination (requests & bidding), creative aspects and implementation/distribution related to miscellaneous coupon programs, promotional materials and client flyers. Assists with proofing/editing of direct mail as needed. Maintains Group Sales Outing and Performing Group schedules and coordinates weekly calendar to be distributed intra/interdepartmentally. Coordinates and assists with miscellaneous phone inquiries and cash group orders. Assists with implementation of online ticketing programs. Assists Account Executives, Senior Sales Executive and Group Sales Manager as needed. Assists with execution of catered events, performing groups and special events. Responsible for the inputting of all booked outing business in departmental software program (Salesforce) for reporting purposes. Assists with the coordination of weekly corporate booking report and weekly attendance report. Oversee and implement the Constant Contact e-mail database, templates, and distributions. Adhere to all department and company safety policies. Maintain company mantra of providing Friendly, Clean, Fast and Safe Service to our Guests. The Ideal Candidate Should Possess: College degree preferred, but not required. Must possess the ability to work independently. Must possess excellent people skills and be able to communicate effectively with others in both verbal and written form; along with strong administrative skills. Outgoing and aggressive personality, along with excellent interpersonal skills. Professional appearance essential. Minimum of two years' experience in the theme park business, event planning and customer service preferred. Candidate must be detail oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.
