Trainer - Full-time / Part-time

Groveport, Ohio company seeks Merchandise Processor/Trainer.
Mid Shift, Sunday thru Wednesday, 9AM-7:30PM.
$12/hr.

Duties include:
Conduct training of multiple associates in all areas assigned within the PNP Dept.
Address quality issues and concerns or errors identified through the QC process.
Provide additional coaching and training to employees as needed.
Assist with all cross training needs within the PNP Dept.
Pick customer orders for shipment utilizing the pick to light system and hand-held RF scanner.
Ensure the correct number, type and lot of product is picked, packed and shipped on the automatic conveyor system.
Achieve productivity standards for area assigned.
Adhere to communicated and/or posted Employee Responsibilities, General Safety Rules, Policies and Guidelines.
Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor and or Management.

Requirements include:
Basic reading and math skills required.
Ability to communicate properly and productively with Merchandise Processors, Team Leads, Supervisors and Management
Ability to lift, push and or pull 15 lbs. continuously and 50 lbs. occasionally.
Sitting, standing, bending, stooping and walking for extended periods of time.
Flexibility in scheduling, especially during peak times and to meet optimum customer service requirements.
Use of RF Scanner.
Must be able to train 2-6 people at once up to several times per week in a production environment.
Must maintain consistent and acceptable attendance, productivity and quality standards.
