Field Service Technician Helper

Our client is seeking a technically minded Field Service Technician. This position will provide technical support to equipment owners and service agents.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Field support in installation, preventative maintenance and troubleshooting of beverage equipment.
• Support of factory technicians with issues that arise.
• Support in testing of equipment and parts in-factory and in the field.
• Record and report warranty calls from the field.
• Other duties as needed and assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree or applicable technical school degree preferred.
• Ability to travel 50% or more of the time.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Ability to interface professionally and responsibly with customers, service agents and visitors.
• Must be well organized and utilize time management skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Computer literate with knowledge/experience in MS Office applications (Word, Access, Excel).
• Must possess a valid Class C Driver's license and a clear driving record.

Preferred:

• Knowledge of beverage equipment
• Refrigeration experience
• Type II or EPA Universal Certification is a MUST!!
