About this job

The successful applicant will join a small and dynamic center of excellence team responsible for a software as a service (SaaS) web content management tool for teams within the organization and for driving self-service attitudes and capabilities for business and technology teams alike.
 
You will be the account manager for named customers of the SaaS tool. Using your project management skills, you will assist those customers with their digital experience needs, including training customers on using the web content management tool and consulting and implementing analytics, search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), content architecture, graphic design, UI/UX, and other digital marketing / digital experience technologies.
 
We are seeking a candidate who has deep experience in one or two areas and broad knowledge across the spectrum of digital experience technologies; you should be excited about collaborating with other account managers, sharing expertise, and creating tools and documentation to assist the customers with our self-service enablement approach.
 
Primary Responsibilities:

Operate as first point of contact for and build relationships with a designated group of SaaS customers; establish credibility with the key stakeholders
Resolve complex customer inquiries in a timely manner; if appropriate, route to product owner or technology team
Operate as a consultant on best practices for SaaS tool and web content management
Implement tag management and analytics for SaaS customers to enable a self-service approach for their on-going reporting needs
Offer consulting for and implementation of multivariate (A/B) testing, SEO, SEM, web and graphic design, content architecture, UI/UX, and other digital marketing / experience technologies as requested
Provide training across multiple technologies for customers to enable a self-service approach for the long-term
Create and maintain support documentation related to analytics, tag management, multivariate testing, web content management, and other digital experience best practices
Collaborate with other account managers on the team to share expertise and assist with internal customers
Participate with the technology development team to determine front-end requirements and assist with quality assurance testing for new functionality
Lead and contribute to the development of statements of work (SOWs) or project scope statements; ensure that all project deliverables, success criteria, and dependencies and tasks are identified
Coordinate all necessary steps and engage the correct resources to launch customers' digital initiatives
Identify potential risks and issues throughout the project life cycle and develop appropriate contingency plans
Handle all project communications management as the critical link between people, ideas, and information, at all stages in the project life cycle
Analyze project outcomes and make appropriate recommendations to improve future project quality

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

3 or more years of experience in digital marketing / digital experience
1 or more years of experience with web content management
1 or more years of experience with Adobe Analytics (formerly Site Catalyst), Angelfish, or similar analytics tools
Experience with tag management tools, such as Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager (DTM)
Experience with multivariate (A/B) testing tools
Preferred Qualifications:

Intermediate level experience with Adobe PhotoShop for digital graphic design Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM, formerly CQ5)
Experience with Adobe Target (formerly Test & Target)
Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
Experience with search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), or similar
Experience working with geographically diverse teams
Knowledge of the healthcare industry
Ability to demonstrate influence without authority
Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities
Flexibility and confidence in the face of uncertainty with the ability to shift priorities as needed
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as with a team
Demonstrated ability to confidently communicate with and influence business teams, leadership teams, and technologists
 
*This employee will need to travel to clients for initial kick off meetings (1-2 days per new client)
