Requirements

Team Members and Leaders are the leaders of our “REMARK”able Team Members and the ones who facilitate every unforgettable experience. During a typical shift, a Team leader will:

Model, communicate and hold the team accountable to Chick-fil-A standards
Use best practices for cash management
Make shifts fun!
Be able to handle Cares cards and calls, as well as customer complaints in the restaurant Be a good steward and control labor

Facilitate daily tasks
Attend and contribute to Leadership meetings (when applicable)
Help coordinate special events (when applicable)
Team Leaders love feedback. They are teachable and want to improve. Team Leaders can gauge their growth by:

Customer Comments
Metric such as CEM’s, ROE, sales and profitability
Accountability and feedback among Team Leaders
Feedback from Team Members
Completion of Action Items
Accomplishing organizational goals
Team Leaders are not just super employees; they are business leaders. As such, Team Leaders will:

Work a minimum of 20 hours per week
Live out Efraim's Core Convictions
Have availability to open or close the restaurant a minimum of twice per week Possess leadership skills to lead five to ten Team Members at one time Coach and develop others
See areas of growth and foster continuous improvement
Solve problems and make quick decisions when necessary
Take charge and ownership of the shift and whole business
Communicate effectively
Delegate when appropriate
Be flexible when it comes to meeting the needs of the restaurant
Be self-motivated and possess the ability to motivate others
Have 360-degree awareness
