Dining Room Server - Full-time / Part-time

Job Summary: The Server is responsible for waiting on restaurant patrons in a friendly and professional manner.

Essential Job Duties:

• Serves only the highest quality food and checks all orders to make sure that they are complete, prepared as ordered, portioned correctly, and attractive in appearance.
• Maintains the cleanliness of his/her station and assigned areas.
• Performs side work during or after shift to include rolling silverware, restocking condiment holders, etc.
• Greets guests within 30 seconds of their being seated; takes the order from guests within 90 seconds.
• Delivers appetizers, beverages and condiments.
• Delivers food immediately.
• Checks back with guests within 60 seconds.
• Pre-buses and suggests specific desserts; delivers desserts and guest check.
• Maintains thorough communications with fellow workers, telling them what they need to know to do their jobs well.
• Functions as a Banquet Server and Beverage Server as needed.
• Maintains a high level of personal hygiene and cleanliness.
• Communicates issues, concerns, complaints, compliments, and suggestions to the management of the organization and not to other associates, guests, etc.
• Supports the company's Mission Statement, Vision Statement, philosophy, policies and procedures.
• Does whatever it takes to create OUTRAGEOUS GUEST SERVICE.

Must have at least a 9th grade education.
