Crew Leader- Ensuring that all team members complete their shift for their assigned position(s), employees are clean and neat in appearance, demonstrates that customer needs are the highest priority, ensures food safety, quality and accuracy of order, and resolves customer complaints quickly while maintaining positive customer relations.

Hospitality Crew Member--*Provide prompt and friendly service to customers to ensure customer satisfaction. *Follow instructions to prepare food products for customers. *Continuously provide the highest level of product quality and cleanliness. *Cleaning and sanitizing of all areas and equipment in the restaurant.  

Cook/Prep-

The Food Prep person performs duties in all areas of food preparation. Attention to hygiene, quality food preparation, holding times and storage are essential in this fast paced food service environment. Responsibilities include keeping fresh product available, for the care and cleanliness of the equipment in the kitchen area, and insuring holding times on products are properly labeled.

The Cook is responsible for preparation and cooking of food products and for the care and cleanliness of the equipment in the kitchen area. The Cook will monitor shortening levels, conditioning and filtering throughout the day. A qualified candidate will be responsible for keeping fresh product available and for monitoring holding times on products.

Qualifications-

• Stand for up to 8 hours
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists
