Elizabethtown, KY Company seeks CSR for Provisioning Support
Pay $10.25/hr.
Monday-Friday 12:15pm-9:15pm, Saturday 11:30am-8:30pm, two days off during the week with rotating Sundays.
Duties include:
Assisting agent and store locations with any account changes for Customers.
Troubleshoot problems/issues for Customers.
Working as a team
Requirements include:
Excellent customer service skills.
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.
Strong time management skills.
Ability to multitask.
Solid critical thinking skills.
High School diploma or equivalent required
Prescreen testing required.
