The Senior Events Coordinator will, under general direction, coordinate and execute Kidtopia events and programming to enhance guest experience.  Additionally, this individual will coordinate and distribute information to increase awareness of events. This position provides support to the Event Marketing department. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Lead coordinator  for  onsite set up, activation, and tear down of  Kidtopia events and programming.
  • Assist with onsite set up, activation, and tear down for medium and large scale events and programming.
  • Coordinate promotional material and signage distribution
  • Participates in planning meetings as well as site visits
  • Marketing and Information Coordination
  • Canvas event promotional materials
  • Manage collection of collateral, screen shots, and photos for post season ROI recaps
  • Assist with post season ROI recap creations

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of operations, events, promotions or marketing experience
  • Strong working knowledge of computers including MS Office, email and Intranet
  • Understanding of Keystone and Kidtopia brand
  • Ability to work with multiple operation groups in high stress
  • Ability to effectively communicate and problem solve
  • At least one year of experience working with children’s outdoor and/or recreational activities.
  • Must be detail-oriented and extremely organized
  • Valid Driver's License, clean driving record, and vehicle - required
  • Comfortable standing for long periods of time and working outdoors in a mountain environment.
