Lead Esthetician

Principle duties include:

• Performs Esthetician job duties.
• Models exceptional customer service, consultation and sales skills.  
• Inventories and orders professional and retail products and performs other administrative tasks to support the esthetics practice.
• Sets the tone for the skincare staff and is responsible for maintaining a positive work environment by fielding esthetician concerns and facilitating solution oriented discussions.
• Conducts evaluations and facilitates esthetician training
• Mentors esthetician staff in a respectful and honest manner effectively communicating and helping to create habits of success.
• May conduct interviews, assess candidate skills via practical demonstrations, conduct new employee orientation, write incident reports and hire/coach the estheticians.
• Creates the bridge between the skincare professionals and the front staff.
• Attends and participates in management meetings, initiates and plans events and represents the clinic at Regional Lead Esthetician meetings

Position requirements:

• Must possess NJ License
• Must pass background check.
• Must have completed a minimum of 500 hours of education.
• Management experience preferred.
• Superior communication skills.
• Minimum of two years experience practicing as an Esthetician
• Familiarity with Murad products preferred
• Must be able to work on one weekend day.
