Essential Functions:

  • Develops and maintains recruiting sources to ensure consistent applicant flow
  • Network within the community in a sales capacity
  • Receives and processes calls from applicants and associates
  • Qualify applications and schedule interviewing appointments
  • Conducts job interviews, administers and scores tests, evaluates applicant skills, abilities, and availability
  • Verifies professional/personal references and employment history through written and verbal communications
  • Assist with appointment setting for the Outside Sales Representative or the Franchisee
  • Convert 100% of local Employment Verification Calls into sales calls and/or recruiting calls
  • Take advantage of every phone interaction to MPC associates, gain additional information, or schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives
  • Completes employment process by auditing all applicant-completed documents and conducts orientations about Express policies, procedures, compensation, benefits, and the employer/employee relationship
  • Determines associate compatibility and availability and assigns to client
  • Assigns associates to client accounts, advising associates of clients location, the person to whom they will report, working conditions, essential job functions, work schedule, pay rate, and all other pertinent information
  • Help connect job seekers with available jobs
  • Supervise small teams of employees


Minimum Requirements:

  • Sales and Customer Service experience
  • Thrives in fast paced environment
  • Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
  • Computer Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field suggested, or equivalent education and experience in business, sales, customer service, or public relations
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Have thorough knowledge of the staffing and placement services offered by Express as well as pricing techniques and strategies
  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution, and problem solving skills
  • Ability to compose routine correspondence and reports
  • Possess a valid state driver’s license

 

Salary:

  • $12.00 - $14.00 range
