PrideStaff is currently seeking an ambitious and motivated Customer Support Representative for an established and stable company to work in Fenton, MO to work a fast-paced and lively environment. This is a temporary-to-hire position with comprehensive benefits available upon hire.

Job Description:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer requests/issues
- Calculate shipping charges
- Provide pricing and inventory availability to customers
- Assemble sample binders containing product demo tiles
- Establish tracking for shipped product samples
- Fill requisitions and orders
- Complete and document audits accurately
- Follow up on samples and trade show leads
Job Requirements:
- Must have excellent phone skills and verbal communication
- Must have knowledge of Bill of Lading and UPS/LTL shipping
Ability to balance many responsibilities and complete projects with a high level of accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word documents
- Must be willing to submit to a background check and drug screen
