Junior Mechanic Program Trainee

Role Responsibilities and Scope

Description of role:

Responsibilities (List all that apply):

• Complete a 15-month long training program and accomplish the following learning objectives successfully through on-the-job training as defined by the program plan:
  • Blower
  • Filler
  • Capper
  • Labeler
  • Packer
  • Palletizer
  • Conveyors
  • Husky Machine Maintenance and Operation
• Ensure upkeep of the provided training manual and ensure it is signed off weekly by the Program Supervisor
• Complete daily responsibilities assigned by the Program Supervisor and complete a daily checklist if provided
• Throughout the program, be able to explain and demonstrate accomplishment of the learning objectives for each learning activity in both theory and practice.
• Upon successful completion of the program, the team member will be placed into a full time position as either a Shift Mechanic or PM Mechanic.
