Inside Sales (Metal Fabrication) - Full-time / Part-time

Duties

Our customers and prospects are your priority #1!  You'll have daily interaction with customers over the phone, respond to requests for information, provide quotes, follow up on leads and orders, and provide service after the sale.  You'll work closely with your teammates in credit, inventory, systems, and warehouse to ensure our customers are happy with their experience and enthusiastic to work with us again in the future.

Qualifications

• Metals industry experience (fabrication shop, machine shop, etc.) - You know the "lingo" of metals!
• Driver personality - You love setting and achieving goals!
• Ability to work well in a dynamic work environment that values diversity and encourages conversation about differences of opinion.
• Computer skills - You're comfortable using a computer and learning new computer skills even if you're not the fastest on the keyboard!
• College degree helpful.
