Telephone Customer Representative
Responsibilities:
- A friendly person who is comfortable talking on the phone who can communicate to our customers that their orders and concerns are our number one priority. Ability to help solve customers’ problems is an essential part of the job.
- Knowledge and enthusiasm about our menu and items with a desire to share that with customers. Explaining special offers and suggestive selling is required. Ability to understand the importance of order accuracy.
- Have a positive attitude and understand the need to be on time, always. Thrive as part of a team, is detail oriented, and has fun at work.
- Willing to crosstrain for other responsibilities like food making.
Requirements
Flexible hours. Nights, weekends and holidays available. No weekday days.
Must be willing to crosstrain. Able to greet customers, talk on phone, take orders, suggestive sell, upsell, help in other areas.
Must be outgoing, personable, and results driven.
