Restaurant Hourly Staff
We have six areas of employment where we're seeking qualified individuals to join our team: Grill Cook: Cooks each order by following standardized recipes. Ensures that proper food handling and sanitation procedures are being followed. Prepares visually appealing and great tasting home-style dishes and ensures that all items are completed in a timely manner and delivered hot and fresh to the servers. Kitchen Prep: As a Kitchen Prep your job is critical to the smooth operation of the restaurant both in supplying the needed food items and in keeping the kitchen organized during the day. You will assist in thawing, baking and preparing food items to meet daily business needs. Cooks some food items by following standardized recipes. Dish Tank Operator: Your job is critical to the smooth operation of the restaurant by making sure the china and silverware are clean and ready for customers. The more effective the Dish Tank Operator works with the other team members, the more efficiently the entire restaurant operates. Your contribution to the overall operation is vital and essential.
Host/Hostess: The job of the Host/Hostess is critical to the operation. You are the first person to greet the guest and are the last person with whom the guest has contact before leaving. It is very important that each guest is greeted and made to feel welcome and comfortable. Server: Your role as a server is to help prepare and serve the best home-style food, as you provide guests with the BEST hospitality and great service. Bus Person: Ensures that the dining area and tables are clean and ready for customers to begin their dining experience. Assists servers and management when appropriate, by handling customer needs and stocking items.
Job Requirements
Bob Evans is looking for people who are friendly and experienced working with customers. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but not required.
