Punch Bowl Social is looking for a qualified individual to join their team as Activities Host. This person will be hardworking, dedicated, and experienced in guest relations.
Punch Bowl Social Food & Drink is a restaurant, bar, and entertainment concept being developed nationwide. With six existing locations (Austin, Cleveland, Denver, Detroit, Portland and Schaumburg), Nation's Restaurant News has named us one of the ‘2015 Break Out Brands'.
1. Enthusiastically greets the guest and accommodates any special needs.
2. Use POS system to ring in all gaming charges and collect monies accurately.
3. Quotes accurate wait times for guests.
4. Manages the Wait List when the alleys are full.
5. Checks the overall cleanliness of the restrooms on a routine basis.
6. Maintains a clean and organized work area.
7. Completes assigned cleaning duties.
8. Other duties are required.
QUALIFICATION STANDARDS:
1. Ability to wipe down table tops, table legs, pick up debris off of the floor, and wipe down booth seats in all areas of the restaurant.
2. Good reading, writing, basic math and verbal communication skills required.
3. Transports and carries objects (such as bowling balls) up to 50 pounds numerous times during the shift.
PHYSICAL STANDARDS:
1. Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility for period up to four (4) hours in length.
2. Must have a good sense of balance, be able to bend and kneel and have the ability to lift products that are frequently weighing up to 50 pounds.
3. Mobility required during the entire shift.
