Administrative and Sales Support Specialist
Local, growing business in Roseville is actively investing in personnel to further their growth. PrideStaff is assisting in identifying enthusiastic and reliable talent to join their work-family!
This reception and administrative support specialist will reach out to warm and cold leads to schedule appointments for company services and growth. Additional functions will include general filing, answering phones, backing up receptionist as well as representing the office with a positive and cheerful demeanor.
Base Hourly Salary $11-13/hour
Duties and Responsibilities
- Interacting by phone with the customers to create brand awareness and attempt to schedule appointments for growth of business.
- Requesting information, making appointments, collecting information or conducting follow-up.
- Communicating with individuals that may be suitable for further business growth.
- Presenting a brief script to schedule appointments.
- Describing products and services, responding to questions, and obtaining customer information.
- Obtaining possible customer leads and conducting follow up on first point of contact.
- Entering data and maintaining database of existing customers or potential customers.
- Maintaining records of telephonic communications, interactions, accounts and status of potential clientele.
- Taking proper care that the outbound calls do not disturb, annoy, or offend people enrolled in do-not-call lists.
- data entry, general office functions
- Faxing, copying, processing mail.
Skills and Specifications
- Technical expert in related computer applications.
- Great communication skills as well as ability to work with others in close manner.
- Good keyboard skills and impressive telephone etiquette.
- Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies
- Able to maintain customer confidentiality
- Must be very comfortable on the phones, professional and articulate.
PrideStaff Hiring Requirements
- Must have been successful in similar type of environment and references to confirm such.
- Must be able to submit to a drug test and background check.
- Must be able to provide two (2) solid professional business references.
- Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
