Industry leading manufacturing company is currently hiring a Construction Operations Manager for their Alpharetta, GA facility. As a Construction Operations Manager the position will be split between overseeing field operations as well as manufacturing operations for the Alpharetta facility.

 Listed below are the critical functions for the Construction Operations Manager:

  • Overseeing field operations with the ability to with contractors, installers, customers, etc.
  • Oversee manufacturing operations in regards to production scheduling, quality, etc.
  • Ensuring high quality of delivery and installation
  • Effectively manage field operations to ensure high customer service whole controlling cost and quality
  • Ensure all operations are functioning in a safe and efficient manner
  • Handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Work closely with sales in order to ensure customer expectations are being met

 

Additional skills needed for the Construction Operations Manager:

  • Solid experience working in the field and overseeing the work and quality of a team or crew
  • Problem solving skills and ability to handle project requests and issues
  • Communication skills and ability to work closely with all departments
  • Solid leadership capabilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Logically minded
  • Computer skills particularly in MS Excel and Word. AutoCAD knowledge a plus!
