Direct Support Positions ( Job Number: 16000BSQ ) Primary Location United States-NH-NHBelmont Come join NeuroRestorative New Hampshire in the very important work we do providing Supported Living programs and community-based services for adults with brain injury and other neurological challenges in the Belmont area. Description As a Life Skills Trainer (direct support), you'll carry out rewarding work, playing a crucial role in the success of our organization. LSTs provide training, assistance and supervision to clients in the areas of living skills, therapeutic recreation, and other forms of assistance in both residential and community settings. Assist daily activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, and medication administration. LSTs also facilitate working relationships between community employers and clients, and support community involvement by accompanying individuals on outings in the community or providing transportation to work or other activities. LSTs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff, and work cooperatively with the Department of Human Service staff with any inspection or investigation. Evenings and Weekend shifts allow schedules to fit around school, other employment, or family commitments. We have openings for employees available for evening, overnight, and weekend shifts.
