Responsibilities:
Crewmembers typically work a shift between 5am and 6pm. Crewmembers have a friendly, enthusiastic, customer focused attitude and take pride in their work. Service positions involve guest orders, food preparation and food execution. Employees must be able to offer the customers an enjoyable dining experience where food and beverage products are efficiently served according to company standards of excellence for quality, sanitation and consistency. Ability to read, count, write and speak coherently in English in order to effectively communicate is necessary.

Food preparation workers typically do the following:
- Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, utensils, and dishes
- Weigh or measure ingredients, such as meat and cheeses
- Prepare fresh condiments, including lettuce, tomatoes, and onions
- Cut and grind meats, poultry, and seafood to prepare for cooking
- Mix ingredients for salads
- Store food in designated containers and storage areas to prevent spoilage
- Take and record temperatures of food and food storage areas
- Place food trays over food warmers for immediate service
