Job Summary:

The Human Resources Senior Assistant will oversee the completion of new employee paperwork while maintaining a 24-48 hour turn around schedule for data entry. This person will maintain candidate/applicant communication, while assisting managers and other personnel with the hiring and onboarding process. This person will oversee all aspects of the hiring process, including: background checks, data entry and orientation scheduling.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Answering multi-line telephone calls, to check and reply to electronic mail, and process incoming mail.
• Provide backup for HR Front Desk responsibilities as needed.
• This position reports directly to the Human Resources Supervisor and secondary to the Human Resources Manager. 

Requirements:

•  Ability to speak and read English - Required
•  Able to work various shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays - Required
•  Previous guest service experience - Required
•  Ability to work independently, unsupervised - Required
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel (pivot table, V-Lookup, formatting and function) - Required
•  Typing speed above 50 WPM - Required
•  High School Diploma or GED - Required
•  Associates Degree or Bachelors Degree in related field- Preferred
•  Ability to speak Spanish - Preferred
•  Previous supervisory experience - Preferred
•  Experience working with PeopleSoft and Success Factors- Preferred
