Automation Personnel Services, North Houston Branch has immediate openings for Customer Service Representatives. This is a Temp to Hire Position in the North Houston area.

The Customer Service Representative provides customer service and support for the Sales Department.
Key Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
2 + years proven experience in customer service, dispatching and telemarketing skills to service existing clients and new clientele.
Good communication skills and excellent phone etiquette to handle high call volume.
Answer incoming calls promptly and accurately.
Maintain positive attitude when resolving complaints
Investigate problems in a timely manner to find solutions.
Accuracy of ticket management, including pick lists.
Schedule deliveries according to capacity and business conditions
Ensure drivers after every delivery stop and record completion on manifest
Reschedule customers that did not receive product
Complete other projects requested by management

Qualifications:
Microsoft Office
POS System
Basic knowledge of city and outlying areas
High School Diploma or GED
Background and drug screen are required.
MUST be available for rotating shifts ( day and night) NO Exceptions!
Hours of operations are Mon - Sun 6am-10pm ( 5 day work week)
$12.00 hour to start
