We are looking for a qualified, personable and experienced individual to help run a carry out and delivery pizza restaurant in O'Fallon, MO. Looking for immediately. Full time. Competitive pay based on experience.

The Assistant General Manager major areas of responsibility include, but are not limited to:

PEOPLE

  • Responsible for helping the General Manager actively develop Front of House/Back of House Managers, Shift Leaders and employees in all areas of their job responsibilities, including but not limited to training and developing them on items such as inventory, ordering, checklist books, quality and brand assurance, customer service standards, operations of POS, progressive action and personnel paperwork.
  • Responsible for full training and approval of Front of House Managers and Kitchen Managers.
  • Enforces checklists and holds employees accountable for correct and efficient completion.
  • Helps maintain personnel records for all employees that include legal documentation, performance reviews and disciplinary action as directed by GM.
  • Promotes and executes the highest level of Customer Service Standards as directed by GM through Shift Leaders and all employees.

 

OPERATIONS

  • Responsible for helping ensure Operational checklists are completed thoroughly and properly, holding all employees accountable for completing.
  • Ensures all operational items in restaurant are being completed and carried out correctly and efficiently, including but not limited to floor control, correct prepping, server standards and proper enforcement of food standards as directed.
  • Helps maintain proper level of both food and paper inventory to run the restaurant.
  • Maintains/exceeds company/brand standards within department.
  • Retains complete working knowledge of Speedline system.
  • Maintains highest level of cleanliness throughout the property and holds Front of House Managers, Kitchen Managers, Shift Leaders and employees accountable for providing the highest level of customer service.
  • Helps GM as needed with semi-annual performance reviews of employees.
  • Ensure we are compliant and in good standing with Health Department, including but not limited to Food Safety Guidelines and any items that come up during Health Inspections, as directed by GM.

 

PROFIT

  • Responsible for ensuring labor standards are met and within goals on a daily basis.
  • Ensures any and all Administrative work is completed when Manager on Duty, including but not limited to Day Report, inventory counts, any ordering, Cash Balance and Bank Run.
