The Job:
- Process all Accounts Payable Transactions
- Review and match invoices to purchase orders, resolve discrepancies as needed
- Prepare and enter invoices for payment
- Other tasks within the accounting department
Requirements:
- 2 + years experience performing Accounts Payable for a manufacturing company or other Business to Business company
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Steady, stable work history
- Live local to the Northwest Suburbs
