Operations Processor - Full-time / Part-time

-Receive applications from customers that apply online.
-Once accounts are open you set up the services the customer requested such as debit card, overdraft protection, overdraft debit service, online banking, online statements, check orders and bill pay.
-Takes accountability for entire process from receipt of work to resolution and closure.
-Tasks require coordination of information among various operational areas and customers.
-Uses multiple online systems.
-Receiving and reviewing incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as needed.
-Works under general supervision following established procedures. -Exercises some judgment within guidelines.
