Store Managers - Full-time

 We are currently searching for Store Managers (a position may be created for the right applicant with multi-store experience). We encourage our management to possess a strong sense of ownership and reward individuals with high standards and performance.

Position Description

• Organize daily operations
• Manage a crew of 10-20
• Hire, train and evaluate
• Schedule
• Purchase from suppliers
• Promote the business
• Increase sales and profitability
• Communicate with/take direction from owners

• Minimum 2 years food service management
• Outstanding business and interpersonal skills
• Ability to communicate with all employees
• Excellent coaching skills
• Must be great motivator
• Ability to manage fast paced environment
