Job Description
A Real Estate Portfolio Manager (Buyer's Agent) is a real estate agent who is integral to the entire real estate industry. Real Estate is exciting and fast-paced and greatly appeals to managers who want to maintain a significant portfolio of clients and real estate opportunities. As a manager, this position requires the candidate to advise clients on the real estate market and to oversee the process of reaching mutual acceptance and going to contract on the purchase of a property. This position requires excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to multi-task and work independently.
Job Responsibilities
- Acquire clients through networking, marketing and advertising
- Manage a substantial portfolio of real estate listings
- Guide clients through the negotiation process of the purchase of their home
- Be available to show clients various real estate properties
- Lead clients through the terms of contract for real estate transactions
- Be informed on the current local real estate market
- Handle marketing and advertising materials for your services
- Manage a team of administrative staff
