Premier Mentor area manufacturer has immediate openings for Welders ( MIG, TIG and Heliarc)
$13.69 to 21.90/hr to start based on experience
Shift is 7AM - 4:30PM Monday through Thursday, 7AM-11AM Friday
Temp to hire with benefits and PTO upon hire
Clean, climate controlled environment
Duties include:
Set-up and operate welding equipment (MIG, TIG and Heliarc) and stud welding equipment using prescribed methods and procedures to weld parts within acceptable tolerances and standards
Thin gauge stainless welding
Ability to build weldments through manual layout process, when required
Read and interpret client s welding blueprints including standard welding symbols, travelers and other working documents
Use required measuring instruments and gages to check and ensure parts meets dimensional requirements
Communicate clearly, both verbally and written, with Engineers, Quality personnel, supervisors and fellow team members
Requirements include:
Diploma or GED
Pre-employment testing is required
Meet quality assurance requirements
Promote and provide a safe working environment
Work in a team environment
Steel toed shoes
