We have a full-time/part-time opening for a CAREGIVER/CNA OPPORTUNITIES IN O'FALLON, MO!.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
Assignments are 4-hour to 12-hour shifts, dependent on clients’ needs.  Typical responsibilities on shifts may include, but are not limited to:
• Companionship
• ADL Assistance (bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting, and mobility)
• Meal Preparation
• Light housekeeping (such as laundry, vacuuming, dishes)
• Meal preparation
• Medication reminders
• Monitor and report both verbally and through written documentation the client’s activities and condition
  to management

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• Must have a valid Driver's License (no suspensions within the last 7 years), own vehicle, and proof of auto insurance
• Negative TB test within the last 12 months
• Clean criminal and driving record
• Ability to perform physical tasks with repetitive movement, including but not limited to, bending, stooping, lifting, kneeling, climbing stairs, reaching, and crouching.  Ability to lift 50 lbs or more repeatedly on shift.
• Present and maintain a professional appearance.
• Maintain positive relationships with all team members, including family members, other caregivers, other care providers, and Continuum management.
• Ability to work every other weekend
