Summary:
The QTI Group has an immediate need for Customer Service Representatives for a rapidly growing, employee-oriented client located in Appleton. This is an outstanding opportunity for full time employment with many opportunities for earned advancement within!
Starting pay is $12.00/hour with an increase once hired directly.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls about any benefit questions
- Assist individuals on multiple different levels and answer questions
- Navigate many computer screens/different computer programs
- Respond to emails both internally and externally
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- At least one year of customer service experience required
- Call center experience preferred
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent computer skills
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
