General Manager 1 - Environmental Services / Custodial - Full-time

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 1-Environmental Services/Custodial for Viera Hospital located in Viera, FL and is part of the Health First System. Viera Hospital is located west of Interstate 95 on the southwest corner of Wickham Road and Lake Andrew Drive, Viera Hospital is the cornerstone of the 50-acre Viera Health Park campus. Viera Hospital offers quality medical care inside its beautiful five-story, 100 bed, acute-care facility.

  

The General Manager role will transition, lead, develop and train a team of approximately 20 employees with an emphasis on client satisfaction at all times. The ideal candidate for this position will have solid knowledge of Sodexo ES Systems and processes including FOSS, CARES, ENGAGE, TRAKKAR, UOS, Gold Check and Black Light inspections. High energy for fast paced environment. Must have a proven track record in driving 3rd party patient satisfaction outcomes, HCAHP scores and employee engagement. Must be familiar with Joint Commission and Hazmat Standards

 

Directs all housekeeping operations at a single unit. Supervises all cleaning personnel. Responsible for maintaining payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.
