Quality Control Chemist - Full-time / Part-time

Aerotek's client is seeking a QC Chemist for their manufacturing plant in Hartland. This is a great long term opportunity with a leader in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.

Job Responsibilities

• The QC technician will perform analysis on Liquid batches of Shampoo's and saline solutions.
• Recognizes malfunctions in laboratory equipment and advises supervision or performs simple repairs.

• They will calibrate lab instrumentation, clean glassware, perform plant water quality sampling and analyze raw materials, in process and finished goods.

• The position will be 80% in the laboratory:FTIR, pH, Viscosity, balance, gravity, Density and Refractometer and basic wet chemistry
• Follow all procedures related to data documentation, laboratory safety, and good laboratory practices.

Qualifications:

• B.S. Degree in Chemistry
• No other experience is required
