Shipping Receiving Coordinator I - Full-time / Part-time

• Under direct supervision, performs manual and clerical duties related to the receipt and shipment of materials, supplies, equipment and finished products.
• Count and verify material against packing sheet, transfer functions in Oracle, match product up with inspection routers and deliver product/documents to Quality Control (QC) Inspection.
• Uncrate or unpack cartons, remove and recycle material in proper locations.
• Deliver product to applicable locations within QC and the Warehouse.
• Inventory and Parts Manufacturer Approval (PMA) label as applicable materials for shipment.
• Label all products to establish ID and Traceability.
• Receive and visually inspect packages for damage.
• Maintain receiving area organization in accordance with the priority report.

Qualifications

High School education or higher.

0 - 3 years of shipping/receiving experience.

Ability to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to operate a computer and utilize MS office suite of software applications i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook.

Knowledge of the use of various hand tools and associated safety procedures.

Ability to effectively and professionally interact with all levels of the organization and support all departments when receiving or delivering packages.

Possess basic reading, writing and mathematical capabilities.
