Customer Service Representative - Full-time / Part-time

Job Responsibilities include:

• Professionally handling incoming calls from customer and resolving customers' issues and inquiries
• Gathering information to asses and fulfill customer needs in a timely manner
• Developing, maintaining and demonstrating a basic knowledge of current products and services
• Additional duties as assigned

Job Qualifications:

• Must have experience in customer service (i.e. fast food, retail, call-center, etc.)
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus, but not required
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Friendly attitude and the ability to problem solve
• Basic computer skills
