Credit Rep

A Credit Processor will make outbound phone calls to verify information on credit report as requested by our Mortgage Customers. The Credit Processor verifies credit accounts, court records, collections accounts, and mortgage accounts to just name a few. Anything that appears on the consumers' credit report has the potential to be verified. Credit Processors may even be requested to verify and add accounts to the credit report. While most often this information can be verified over the phone, on some occasions fax or email may be used. The position requires heavy phone work and communication. We do not just communicate with our Customers (the mortgage lender) but also, the Borrower (who has applied for the mortgage with our Customers) and the Credit Grantor (who will verify the account information). Often, the Credit Processor must coordinate phone communication between multiple parties, including the Borrower and Credit Grantor. The focus of the position is to help verify information for our Mortgage Customer while following the FCRA and internal guidelines and procedures.
