Meat Clerk Part-Time

We have a part-time opening for a Meat Clerk Part-Time.

Must be able to work various shifts per week.

You’ll play a vital role in meat department operations within your building.

• Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Meat Department Manager prepare and merchandise meat department products.
• However, you may also be given other tasks that help “serve” our customer such as:
  • Repacking meat to serve our customer’s needs, cleaning the department at the end of the day, checking in vendors, or other tasks delegated to you by Store Management.
• Our part-time associates usually average between 20-29 hours per week.

We have important requirements for this position:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must be able to lift and stock up to 50 pounds and be able to occasionally lift and move up to 100 pounds.
• Excellent customer service skills are a must, as well as a flexible schedule. You must be able to multitask and communicate effectively with your fellow staff, and maintain an open mind in regards to new ideas.
• High School diploma or G.E.D. is preferred; however, those continuing their high school education who are 18 years of age or older are welcome as well.
