I am looking for someone to help care for my 93-year-old mother Every Other Wednesday Noon to Sunday 3 pm, beginning September 7. Mom has dementia, requires insulin injections and general assistance. I am very hands-on and I provide groceries, medications and many home-cooked meals. There is a lot of down-time as Mom naps a lot. Duties include light housekeeping, some meal preparation, companionship, help with personal hygiene, medication management. Mom's home has an open-floor plan, making it easier for her to get around using her walker. My husband and I live one mile away and we are all in a safe and pretty, gated community.
